- Didn't they censor postal mail sent home by soldiers serving abroad during WWII (and other wars)?  I would imagine that if they had sat phones capable of making calls to the continental US, those calls would have been monitored back then as well.

- I was surprised with Biden's poise and disappointed by the moderator allowing Palin to dodge at least 3 different questions. Good debate.

- *PHEW*, good thing she has a sense of humor... that will make up for her shortcomings. When did a sense of humor become a good quality for a Presidential / VP candidate anyways? I thought honesty, intelligence and tact were still paramount.
